HOW TO COOK:1. Wash rice, put it in the clay pot, add water to the line inside, and soak it in water for at least 15min.
2. Heat up with middle flame till steam comes out of the hole on the lid
3. Then turn down the flame very low and keep it with very low flame for approx. 8min.2. Heat up with middle flame till steam comes out of the hole on the lid
4. Turn off the flame and wait for 20 to 30min.
