𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: The electric skillet features a protection mechanism, it stops working when the temperature of the electric skillet exceeds 500℉ (260 ℃). It will restart to heat when the temperature is below 410℉ (same as 210℃), after the overheating protection is triggered once, the skillet will continue to heat up and down between 370-410.
𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀: Here are two recommendations about how to get a better experience with the skillet. First, when the skillet is used for the first time, keep the lid on the skillet during cooking and do not directly turn to the highest temperature level; you can raise the temperature after the skillet is fully heated. Second, the skillet is better for grill, simmer, steam and stew, but is not recommended for deep fry.
