Close the smoke generator, tighten the cap. Connect the compressor through a silicone hose to the pipe of the smoke generator, plug the compressor into the socket, regulate the air supply power. Ignite wood chips through the ignition hole. When smoke comes out of the smoke generator, connect it to the smoking container using a corrugated hose. Adjust the smoke output power using the rocker switch on the compressor. Cooking time depends on the product and the desired degree of smokiness. We recommend using beech, alder, oak, apple and cherry for wood chips. The burning wood of these trees gives the products a pleasant taste and original aroma.
