The Delven Pepper Roasting Rack was designed with 36 holes - create 2 separate recipes to grill them in one go - saving you time and effort. The rack is made from high quality 1.0 mm 430 Stainless Steel and the diameter of the holes are 1 1/8”, which is perfect for average-sized jalapenos. Instructions: - Wash and core the jalapeños. - Mix together ingredients and stuff the peppers. - Place each Jalapeno upright in the holes. - Oven instructions: Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes or until soft. - Grill instructions: Grill with lid closed at around 350F - 400F for 12-15 minutes or until soft. Added Value - Pepper Corer We conveniently added a pepper corer to make the tedious job of removing the seeds, a breeze. We do suggest to find peppers that are similar in shape and size, to ensure uniform cooking. Simply cut the top off the jalapeño and use the tool to core out the membrane and the seeds.
