Start with the green trainer and swing 3 times on your natural swing side. 2. Repeat with the blue and red trainers. 3. Switch to the other side and repeat steps 1 and 2. 4. Swing with a “baseball style” or “step through swing” starting with the green trainer and swing 3 times on your natural swing side. 5. Repeat with the blue and red trainers. 6. Switch to the other side and repeat steps 4 and 5. 7. Finally, take the green trainer and swing it 6 times at full speed on your natural swing side with a golf club style swing. Please note this routine should done at maximum speed and effort. This a workout; please make sure you use a short rest period between sets.
